As early as possible — especially if your move date is on a weekend. We recommend booking at least a week out to ensure availability around your timeline.
Should the home be empty before the clean?
For a move-out clean, yes — an empty home allows us to clean every surface thoroughly without working around furniture. For a move-in clean, we recommend booking before your furniture is delivered for the same reason.
How long does a move-in / move-out clean take?
Most cleans take between 3 and 6 hours depending on the size of the home. We’ll give you a better estimate when you get your quote.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No — many customers provide access and handle other moving tasks while we work. Whatever is easiest for you.
What if my landlord has specific requirements?
Let us know when you book. If you have a move-out checklist from your landlord, share it with us and we’ll make sure we cover everything on it.
