Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. That mostly means we’ve filled out lots of paperwork to protect our staff and vehicles, but it also means you aren’t liable if a Keepsake technician gets injured on your property.
Do I need to be present for my service?
We are happy to clean, pack or organize your home whether you are present or not. If you don’t plan to be present, please let our staff know in advance and provide instructions for our crew to access your home and lock up when they’re finished.
What cleaning tasks are included with my service?
It’s up to you! When booking a service, let us know what your priorities are and we will work our way through your list. If you don’t have specific priorities we will follow our standard cleaning task list to leave your home feeling clean and fresh!
Can I cancel or reschedule my service?
We accommodate rescheduling as much as we are able. For a single service, you can cancel or reschedule for no additional cost up until our office closes 3 business days prior to your service. A reschedule after that deadline will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. A reschedule within 12 hours of your service will be treated as a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling to a new time is subject to availability so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible if your time will no longer work for you.
Should I tip my cleaners?
Tipping your cleaners is neither required nor expected. We aim to pay our employees a competitive, living wage. That being said, rewarding a job well done with a gratuity will always be appreciated and can truly make someone’s day.
Can the crew stay longer than my scheduled service length?
Maybe! If you would like more time than you have scheduled, please contact our office as soon as possible. Our goal is to say “yes” as often as we can, but crews may have additional services scheduled before or after yours so it may not always be possible to accommodate a request for additional time. Additional time is billed in increments of 15-minutes. Each increment is reached once the new period has started.
Who will my cleaners, packers or organizers be?
All Keepsake employees undergo a background check prior to employment and are fully trained by our experienced management team. We employ individuals – young and old – from the local Twin Cities community. Our priority is that they are honest, dependable and detail-oriented.
