We accommodate rescheduling as much as we are able. For a single service, you can cancel or reschedule for no additional cost up until our office closes one business days prior to your service. A reschedule after that deadline will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. A reschedule within 12 hours of your service will be treated as a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling to a new time is subject to availability so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible if your time will no longer work for you.

Can the crew stay longer than my scheduled service length?
Maybe! If you would like more time than you have scheduled, please contact our office as soon as possible. Our goal is to say “yes” as often as we can, but crews may have additional services scheduled before or after yours so it may not always be possible to accommodate a request for additional time. Additional time is billed in increments of 15-minutes. Each increment is reached once the new period has started.
